'From Erie to the Atlantic' Artist Luncheon
Product Details
Join us on Saturday, November 28th for an afternoon of exceptional cuisine, art and storytelling at Langdon Hall. Our popular Art & Lunch event welcomes artist Marion R. Anderson, whose latest exhibition, From Erie to the Atlantic, explores the connection between memory, nature and the places we call home.
An interdisciplinary artist inspired by her rural upbringing, love of nature and summers spent at the cottage, Anderson draws on her own lived experiences to create richly textured works. From Erie to the Atlantic is a personal journey told through colour and imagery, reflecting a farewell to the shores of Lake Erie and a new connection to the southern coast of Nova Scotia. With a palette inspired by the colours of curtain fabric, the collection offers a thoughtful exploration of place, memory and new beginnings.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Langdon Hall, this intimate afternoon offers an opportunity to experience Anderson's work, hear the stories behind her creative process and enjoy a seasonal luncheon prepared by Executive Chef Jason Bangerter and his culinary team.
